Plum smoothie
The plum pulp contains substances that help control blood sugar and prolong youth. And fenugreek, whose seeds can be bought in a pharmacy, prevents the body from absorbing fats and, as a result, contributes to weight loss.
There are very few calories in a plum healthy smoothie – only 36, which are made up of:
- Protein – 0.6 g;
- Fats – 19.2 g;
- Fiber – 1.5 g;
- Sugar – 6.3 g.
Ingredients:
- Pure drinking water – 200 ml;
- Large dark plums – 2 pcs.;
- Fenugreek seeds – 2 tsp;
- Mint – for decoration.
