Carrot smoothie

The nutritional value of a fat-burning smoothie does not exceed 185 kcal and contains:
- Proteins – 7.5 g;
- Fats – 1.7 g;
- Fiber – 8.5 g;
- Sugar – 22 g.
Ingredients:
- Carrots – 3 pcs.;
- Tomato – 1 pc.;
- Celery stalk – 1 pc.;
- Juice 1/2 lemon;
- Fresh coriander leaves – 1 handful;
- Caraway seeds – 1 tsp;
- Ground pepper – to taste;
- Salt.
Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots and cut into pieces together with celery, remove the stalk from the tomato. Whip everything in a blender with coriander. Lightly fry the seeds of caraway seeds in a dry pan, grind in a coffee grinder and add to the cocktail. Next, pour pepper and salt, pour in the lemon juice, mix well and drink.
For convenience, it is easier to immediately prepare a large portion of cumin powder and store it in a glass jar in a cupboard.
