Breakfast :
  • sugar-free cereal (25 g), diluted with low-fat milk, 1 banana
  • 1 bran toast with marmalade, 1 apple
Lunch:
  • boiled chicken leg (250 g), vegetable salad, low-calorie cookies, a piece of melon, a cup of hot chocolate
  • boiled beans (125 g), two toasts, baked tomatoes in the oven, grated Cheddar cheese (25 g), dry biscuits (two small)
Dinner:
  • vegetable salad, cheese (2 tbsp) and chopped pineapple
  • vegetable salad, boiled chicken breast (50 g)

Instead of traditional coffee and tea, it is better to drink acidic drinks based on lemon juice, cranberries, herbal teas from chamomile, lingonberry leaf.
