Breakfast:

- vegetable salad, 125 g pasta, 2 slices of rye bread
Dinner:
- lean meat, 2 jacket potatoes, a slice of cheese, a slice of melon
- boiled chicken breast (250 g), steamed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, and beans), baked apple
Drinks: – blackcurrant fruit drink. Instead of tea, you can drink brewed lingonberry leaves throughout the day – this is an excellent tonic and prevention of exacerbations of the digestive system.
