Choose 4 snacks from the proposed options (eat throughout the day):

- boiled turkey fillet (250 g), vegetable salad, vanilla ice cream
During the day you can drink plain water, green tea. You can also prepare some herbal drinks from the following plants: calendula, elecampane, coltsfoot, burdock, and celandine.
