The main problem in nutrition is irregular food intake, large portions, and improper selection of products.

Virgo should avoid in their diets animal fats, canned foods, smoked meats, sweets. Alcohol is also categorically contraindicated.

You should also reduce the consumption of : lamb, canned and smoked products, sweet treats.

What is useful:

  • Products – cereals (oat, buckwheat, millet), vegetables (zucchini, salads, pumpkin, peas, cabbage), fruits (grapes, apples, pomegranates, apricots), stewed meat and fish, dried fruits. Seasonings – caraway, mint, chamomile.
  • Drinks – cocoa, hot chocolate, black tea.

Fasting days are Wednesdays, the best diets – based on dietary soups or a diet of separate nutrition.
