Breakfast:

sandwiches of two slices of rye bread with:

  • watercress, beans (25 g), egg
  • low-fat cheese (25 g), baked with fresh tomatoes

Lunch:

  • boiled lean meat (75 g) or low-fat boiled fish (150 g) with boiled rice and beans, fresh cabbage and celery root
  • jacket potato (200 g) with 3 tablespoons feta cheese or 2 tablespoons white beans

Dinner:

  • fruit salad of orange, apple, and banana
  • melon slice, fresh raspberries (100 g), a slice of dry biscuit

As of the drinks, green tea, and natural juices from unsweetened fruits (preferably citrus). Completely eliminate sugary carbonated drinks and beer. Only in this way can the horoscope diet for Gemini give a tangible result.
