  • 8:00 – ripe pear, unsweetened cornflakes, skim milk (1 glass)

  • 13:00 – boiled chicken breast (250 g), vegetable salad dressed with olive oil, 1 green apple
  • 16:30 – feta cheese (2 tablespoons), crackers, grapes
  • 19:00 – lean rump steak (125 g), 2 jacket potatoes, vegetable salad
  • 22:00 – hot chocolate (1 cup without sugar)

Drink plain water or green tea without sugar throughout the day. Scorpio herbs: wormwood, basil, nettle, white mistletoe, Icelandic moss, fern. Herbs can be used in the preparation of medicinal infusions: for example, nettle infusion (a tablespoon of leaves per 250 ml of boiling water) strengthens the hair roots and makes them thick and shiny.
