  • Breakfast: pumpkin soup, celery and egg yolk (200 ml), a slice of bran bread with butter (0.5 tablespoons), a cup of coffee
  • Second breakfast: a glass of freshly squeezed juice (preferably a mixture of apple, carrot, and celery)
  • Lunch: vegetable soup (large portion), seasoned with 2 tbsp. l. cream + cabbage salad
  • Afternoon snack: cocoa in milk without sugar with oatmeal cookies
  • Dinner: a thick soup made from beans (lentils) and vegetables (portion – 200 ml). Before going to bed, drink yogurt, or kefir (250 ml).

Aquarius drink – cocoa. It contains magnesium phosphate, which maintains the mineral balance in the body at the proper level.

Parsnips, snapdragons, tansy, cumin, mint, yellow sweet clover, holly are suitable for Aquarius.
